Förflyttningsparametrar uppdaterades inte efter omsimulering av en patient
Då en patient omsimulerades uppdaterades inte förflyttningsparametrarna i verifikationssystemet. Detta ledde till att patienten fick 4 behandlingar med felaktig position på strålfälten.
