  Strålsäkerhetsmyndigheten och länsstyrelserna har tagit fram en broschyr med förslag på hur barns utemiljöer kan utformas så att barnen skyddas från skadlig UV-strålning. Broschyren är ett stöd för kommuner och andra som planerar skolgårdar, förskolegårdar och parker.

• Förflyttningsparametrar uppdaterades inte efter omsimulering av en patient

  Då en patient omsimulerades uppdaterades inte förflyttningsparametrarna i verifikationssystemet. Detta ledde till att patienten fick 4 behandlingar med felaktig position på strålfälten.
